Neglected roofs can cause leaks, this can lead to extensive structural damage, damp ceilings & mould and mildew, creating health risks and further repair costs.
Using professional UAV's fitted with high quality HD cameras, we aim to provide our clients with a high quality images of their roofing area in order to identify problems such as damaged & missing tiles, blocked guttering & gulley's, damaged lead work along with other issues such as damaged cement and brick work around chimneys
A link to download the images will then be sent to the client via email, who can either use it for their own investigations or pass the link onto builders and roofing companies, giving a more accurate view of the location and repair work required.
We also include 2 months Free cloud storage of your footage
In this time your file can be downloaded to your personal storage, and the link shared with companies for repair quotes.

Using our advanced UAV's we can provide you with a view of areas which are not safely or easily accessable without considerable difficulty, extra costs and the possibility of creating further damage by physical contact and load.
We provide you with high quality still images of the property, using video footage only where required.
Giving you the choice to either repair the problem yourself or pass on the images to roofers or builders for a more detailed explanation of the repairs required and a more accurate quotation

If you have an area of a building that you need to view, will minimal effort and risk or damage, we offer a limited area flight of up to 25 sq meters and up to 20 minutes flight time saving you the costs of a full roof flight.**

The eagerly awaited arrival of a very high spec Mavic 3 Thermal imaging UAV has arriived .
This now allows us to offer thermal surveys, in turn offering you the option to see where your property is losing heat in winter or creating hot spots in summer. It is also another tool to find where water has leaked under roofing as this effects the thermal image after a warm day

At Sky Survey Tewkesbury, we understand that aerial drone inspections can raise concerns about privacy. That's why we prioritise your privacy and ensure that all roof and gutter photos taken during our inspections are only of the booked property. You can trust us to provide comprehensive inspections while respecting the privacy of both the client and neighbours
We apologise in advance for any disturbance caused during our aerial UAV survey. I have personally had a UAV hovering around my property for several minutes then just flying off, never knowing what it was doing.
"We didn't like it, had no idea who was flying it, or why it was over our house plus the noise was winding our dog up"... I have friends that suffer with PTSD, who have allowed me to appreciate that things like this can have very negative effects if appearing unexpectedly and without reason..
Hence the reason for the card that you may have received, on the flip side, we hope you like our aerial shot of Tewkesbury during the 2024 floods
We use the smallest and least intrusive professional UAVs available with full HD camera quality, these are sub 250gram with object avoidence for enhanced safety, and create minimal noise. We do fly a larger UAV for Thermal imaging, but our smaller UAV's are superb for the job they need to do and are our general go to for standard roof surveys.
Occasionally,we may need to fly near or over your property to obtain the full survey of your neighbours roof and gutters including combined wastes . We often need to take images at around a 30% angle, which may mean that we need to fly above your property for the correct positioning.
Be assured that we are only viewing the property booked in for survey.
As you can see by our roof photo's privacy is priority.
Our UAV's are safety checked pre flight and will not be flown in excessive conditions that could cause danger or damage, we are also fully insured.
